FAQ

GENERAL INFORMATION AND COMMON QUESTIONS

PARKING:  Visitor parking available on the south side of the worship building.
Handicapped Parking is on the northeast corner.

WELCOME CENTER is located in the narthex.  The center is staffed before and after services to help visitors/quest with information about our church.  Please feel free to stop by and have your questions answered!

WORSHIP ATMOSPHERE:  At LCC we are more concerned about the condition of your heart, a heart to worship, than the outward appearance.  Dress is casual and comfortable.

PARENTS WITH YOUNG CHILDREN -  we have backpacks in the back of the Worship Center filled with quiet activities for your young children.  If they need a little break, the Cry Room is located outside the rear of the Worship Center to the right, and you can still hear the service. For children 3 years and under, our nursery is available during all services.

COMMUNICATION CARDS:  Please take time to fill out the colored visitor card found in our bulletin.  We want to know you were here. You may choose to mark on the front if you would like a call from the church, and on the back if you would like more information about our programs and ministries.   There is also an area for prayer concerns.

NURSERY
We provide nursery at every service for children up to the age of 4. The nursery is located about 50 feet out the back of the Worship Center, straight down the hall. Parents are asked to sign children in, and will receive a pager which allows nursery workers to contact you during the service if needed.  Web page

CRY ROOM
If your child needs a break from the service, a cry room is located in the back of the Worship Center. This soundproof room allows the parent to hear the service while the child plays with a selection of toys. Exit the back of the Worship Center and turn right down the hall.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Most of our members dress in casual attire but you'll also see dresses, suit coats and ties.

WILL I FIT IN?
YES, as long as you consider yourself a sinner!! We recognize that we are all sinners at LCC and strive to accept all people as Christ does. Even though our average age is 35 we do have people of all ages and have a variety of opportunities targeted to all ages.

WHAT DOOR SHOULD I GO IN?
Our sanctuary is on the west end of our main building.  You may enter in the doors from the north or south.  We have area to hang your coats just in-front of the sanctuary as well as in the entrance on the north center doors.

To have a better idea of your closest door, you may wish to view the following maps of our building.
