Church of the Cross has the desire and commitment to support
those who are called to work in pastoral and other vocational ministry
leadership positions. The support of the church includes recruiting
believers for pastoral and other ministry leadership positions as well
as providing spiritual and financial assistance while the student
pursues any necessary training. One opportunity for students to complete
a Masters of Ministry degree program is through the Antioch School. The
Antioch School is an alternative to traditional seminary preparation.
LCC is a certified Antioch School Partner providing a church-based
masters degree theological education using the BILD (Biblical Institute
of Leadership Development) resources. Students complete this competency
based program within the local church.through non-formal, in-service
leadership development.
